- Minimum Recharge Amount: The minimum recharge amount for each transaction is set by the platform based on the payment method and region. Please refer to the recharge page for the specific amount.
- Maximum Recharge Amount: The maximum recharge amount for each transaction is set by the platform based on the payment method and the user's account status. The upper limit will be displayed on the recharge page.
- Currency Unit: Recharge amounts will be calculated in the platform's default currency. If you are using a different currency, the platform will convert it based on real-time exchange rates. Please refer to the displayed amount during the recharge process for the specific amount.
The recharge process is as follows:
1. Log into your Account: Please log into your social app account. If you don't have an account, please register and complete the account verification process.
2. Go to the Recharge Page: Find the recharge option on the homepage or in account settings, and click to enter the recharge page.
3. Select Recharge Amount: Choose the amount you wish to recharge or enter a custom amount.
4. Choose Payment Method: Select the payment method that suits you, such as credit card, PayPal, Alipay, etc.
5. Fill in Payment Information: Provide the necessary payment details (such as credit card number, PayPal account, etc.) based on the chosen payment method.
6. Confirm Recharge Order: Check the recharge amount and payment method, and confirm that all information is correct before confirming the recharge.
7. Complete Payment: Follow the instructions to complete the payment according to the chosen payment method.
8. Recharge Successful: After completing the payment, the platform will process your recharge within a short period. You can check your account balance once the recharge is complete.
9. Recharge Processing Time
- Instant Processing: For most payment methods (such as credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, etc.), the recharge amount will be credited to your account balance within a few minutes after payment completion.
- Delayed Processing: For certain payment methods (such as bank transfers), the recharge may be delayed, usually taking 1-3 business days. The platform will update your account balance as soon as the amount is credited.
- Recharge Failure: If your recharge is unsuccessful due to payment tool issues, insufficient funds, or other reasons, you will receive a failure notification. You can choose to retry the recharge or contact platform customer support for assistance. The platform will process a refund in case of failure.
10. Recharge Success and Failure
- Recharge Success: Once the payment is successfully processed, the recharge amount will be credited to your platform account balance. You can view your balance in the "Balance" section of your account.
- Recharge Failure: If the recharge fails due to reasons such as payment tool issues or incorrect payment information, you will receive a failure notice and can try recharging again or contact customer service for assistance. The platform will issue a refund in case of recharge failure.
11. Refund Policy
- Non-Refundable: Once the recharge amount is successfully credited to your account, it is generally non-refundable. You can use these funds within the platform to purchase virtual items, upgrade membership levels, or participate in paid activities.
- Refund in Special Cases: If there is a system error, payment mistake, or duplicate recharge, users can request a refund.

- Abuse of Refund: Users must not maliciously apply for refunds or exploit the system to obtain unfair refunds. If the platform detects malicious activity, it reserves the right to suspend or ban the user's account and pursue legal action.
- Misuse of Recharge: Users must not use the recharge for illegal activities, such as money laundering or purchasing illegal items.
14. Service Changes and Suspension
- Platform Rights to Modify: The platform reserves the right to modify recharge limits, payment methods, fees, and other terms. Any changes will be communicated to users through announcements on the platform.
- Force Majeure: The platform is not responsible for any disruption in recharge services due to force majeure events (such as natural disasters, network outages, etc.).
15. Applicable Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the platform's country/region. Any disputes arising from the performance of this agreement should be resolved through negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute will be submitted to the courts located in the platform's jurisdiction.
